This beautiful 2019, 4 bedroom home is in the center of the action in Lexington, yet in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Located 5 minutes from the airport, Keeneland racetrack, Kentucky Horse park, UK, and a distillery right on the bourbon trail. This wonderful home is the perfect place to base your Kentucky adventure. Our home has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 twin bed, and one sofa mattress. Our linens are amazing, our mattress our always comfortable and the pillows give you a choice of firmness. When your not inside watching the 75" UHD television, you can sit out back and smoke up your dinner on the TRAEGER! smoker. We provide you enough pellets for one cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with blenders, crock pots, mixers, baking, we also have a standard coffee maker and a Kuerig for whatever your preference.

Summary: The home was clean and comfortable did not have 4 bedrooms as described. There is a den upstairs that was made into a “bedroom” but it had no doors and had to walk thru it to get to the 3rd bedroom. So could not utilize that room ultimately.

Summary: We had a great stay at this house!! Quick trip to the horse park that we made multiple trips to a day for a competition. Kitchen had all nessesities even basic spices. The Four Roses was a really nice touch!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Lexington over the weekend although for unfortunately circumstances. We were in town for a funeral but the property presented no additional discomfort. All spaces were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us.The owners were extremely responsive when any questions arose.
