This lovely, sunny apartment is situated in the new 'Kotor Vista' complex of Muo, in a prime position with unobstructed, stunning views overlooking beautiful Kotor Bay.
From the large balcony you have a magnificent, panoramic view both during the day and at night when the bay is flooded with lights. Once you've had your fill of sightseeing, the private balcony steps leading down to a large sunbathing terrace with two swimming pools and a jacuzzi make a perfect spot for relaxation (available June 1st to October 31st). Children are also well catered for at Kotor Vista – both with a children’s pool and a separate play-area.
The scene during the day is always changing as yachts and cruisers come and go. Known as the Jewel of Montenegro the old medieval town and Venetian port of Kotor is a short, pleasant walk away, just 300m across the blue bay. Outside the town is a daily market with fresh meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and flowers. Many good restaurants to suit all pockets can be found giving good service and good value for money. Kotor bay is central for visiting other beautiful locations around the area and in my view the best position. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with quality kitchen appliances, leather sofa and chair, solid beds and cotton linen, built-in wardrobes, a/c, hydro-massage bath and heated floor. Summary: Stunning views of Kotor Old town, great location and lovely (unheated) swimming pool but let down by the condition of the property. We last visited in 2011 and it was disappointing to see that the apartment had not been maintained. We found a cracked and leaking shower tray, hole in bbq, broken parasol base, broken outdoor chairs tied together with rope, unsatisfactory bedding - duvet covers used as sheets and fridge door held closed with a hook. We contacted the owner on our return, but have had no response.

Summary: Lots of stairs but the view is magnificent. Short car rides to many things they had to offer. I’d do the cable car too!

Summary: The villa is in a fantastic location with a stunning view across Kotor bay. The pools are down a few steps with plenty of loungers available around them. It took us about 15 - 20 minutes to walk into Kotor Old Town, but it was possible to swim in Kotor Bay from swimming platforms about 5 minutes walk away. There are a few local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and reasonably priced. The villa itself was clean, light and spacious. Lovely balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen was well equipped including cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. A really great base for a special holiday. The hosts were really helpful. We were delayed and didn't arrive until 3am but they still found us and met us on the road when we were a bit lost to guide us to the apartment. I don't think we would have been able to find it unaided. Highly recommend the property and hosts. Thank you!

Summary: the apartment was in great location, beautiful views across to kotor. I think staying in town would be too noisy at night so this was perfect although you could hear music across bay once I side could not hear. pool area kept really well. the only negative is could do with more pillows in apartment and darker curtains as unable to sleep due to light .the walk into kotor not to bad but road a bit mad bug that is the roads generally but having the view from apartment was fab .

Summary: we stayed for one week at Marks apartment, we were five and the apartment itself is comfortable enough for five people. The setting is stunning and exactly as described in the pictures. The apartment itself was reasonably clean and equipped, a few annoying things like towel rails hanging off the wall, threshold broken, no teal towel and we were only supplied 3 towels for five people. We did contact Anka on several occasions,who sent a rep over on our second day who tried to resolve wifi issues - unsuccessfully and promised towels would be supplied the following morning. Despite several text to Anka we didn't receive the towels or reply's, we were only there for a week and decided not to waste time chasing Anka. When we were due to leave we didn't have any instructions where to leave the key ,so we text Anka and said we would leave the key in the door as we were leaving early unless she instructed otherwise. - so that's what we did -on returning home I sent a message to Mark to let him know and Mark did not reply either. It was such a shame that this was so poorly managed.

Summary: We had a lovely 3 night stay here. It was the perfect amount of space for two couples. We cook a lot on our travels and the kitchen was perfectly equiped for us. The views from the apartment are amazing. Everyday we walked into Kotor Old Town. Roughly a 20 minute walk. Highly recommended. : )

Summary: Lovely apartment with fantastic views over to Kotor. Very clean and well presented. I loved the balcony and just a few steps down to the pool and car park. Some apartments much higher looked a trek to get up to. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there.Pools were not heated and were very cold thelast week in October but looked pretty. We would love to come in Summer and swim! We came to same apartment in May and pool cold as you would expect out of season. Shame they can't heat the pools as this would make it perfect. Underfloor heating in main living room and bathrooms was brilliant as early mornings and evenings were very cold and we could dry damp clothes in bathroom after a few days of rain.Thanks for a great holiday. Will come back in the Summer.

Summary: The apartment is well situated approx. 15 minute walk to the main town. The views from the property are amazing. The property itself is big enough for 4 people and reasonably equipped. The pool is lovely which can be seen from the apartment terrace. The town has many bars and restaurants. We couldn't fault it at all. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property.
