Summary: We have just returned from a fantastic 3-day stay at the New Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent steeped in history, beautifully maintained, and full of character. Our room was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. What truly sets New Hall apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was also very good, with a great selection of high-quality options to start the day right. Whether you are visiting the area for business, exploring the local sights, or simply looking for a peaceful, relaxing break to unwind, this hotel is the perfect choice. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning!

Summary: Stains on the carpet. Extractor fan in the bathroom not working. A wet room for showering meant that the water sprayed over the rest of the room and around the toilet, not very nice if the toilet was wanted later. We were there at a very cold time and the heating in the room was switched off about 6 every evening so we had to go to reception and ask for it to be switched on again every evening.

Summary: A 4* hotel but a beautiful one with staff that are clearly very proud to work there and want to provide excellent, personal service. A very good hotel at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: Everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The food was great. But I cannot say anything better about that staff. They were absolutely lovely.
