We invite you to 'The Serenity of the Desert', our professionally remodeled and designed home located a block from the Kierland Commons.
Our home features a heated pool, 6-person jetted jacuzzi, putting green, outdoor fireplace, poolside gazebo and a tucked away oasis with hammocks where you can relax to the sound of a waterfall. Our guests can enjoy 6 uniquely designed bedrooms including a large, attached casita.
Outdoor Features:
Our pool is always heated to 83 degrees. The property also comes with a heated 6-person jacuzzi, 6 poolside lounge chairs with umbrella, a covered patio with BBQ, Smart TV, dining table, barstools, a fan and misters. There are 2 large hammocks nestled off to the side with a soothing waterfall. There is a putting green with putters and golf balls. There’s an additional gazebo with a full sectional and table. And lastly, there is a modern glass firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs.
Interior Features:
Our professionally designed interior remodel was completed in the Summer of 2022. All furnishings were hand selected by our designer. There are 2 separate front and backyard entrances. There are 6 unique and modern bedrooms with a total of 11 beds – 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 fulls, and 3 twins. Each bed is made with clean and cozy linens, and our guests often say how comfortable our beds are. Bedroom 6 is a “casita” with a king bed, bunk bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and a separate entrance to the front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you may need to cook and enjoy large meals for friends and family. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook, perfect for morning coffee and tea (both provided), a large dining table, and barstools. There also is a cozy wood-burning fireplace for anyone interested in staying warm and inside.
Amenities and Extras to expect:
We provide clean bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, makeup towels, linens, and blankets. We also provide high-speed internet, hulu live TV (80+ channels), and Hulu on all 5 TVs (which are all smart TVs). The property is kid-friendly with a pack n play, booster seat, board games, books, bunk beds, kids toys, and more. We provide cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, tea, and more, which should be enough for at least a 7 night stay. Our kitchen comes with clean dishes, pots and pans, appliances, a drip coffee maker, tea, blender, baking dishes, cooking utensils, a toaster oven, and much more. We have fireplace tools for the firepit and grill utensils for the BBQ. We also provide some propane for both. There is a laundry room with everything you need to wash or iron clothes.
We take our role as hosts seriously and we are always happy to help and answer every question you have as promptly as possible. We have recommendations for everything you may want to do, so definitely ask us! Guests will have their own unique code to access the property via smartlock.
This is NOT a party house, and quiet hours are to be respected between 10PM-6AM in order to be courteous to our neighbors.

Summary: We were in Scottsdale for the waste management open. The course was a short uber ride away. The house was Awesome along with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Ruby was a great host and easily accessible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a short drive to Walmart and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Summary: This house was fabulous. With 6 rooms and spacious entertaining spaces inside everyone can be together or get some privacy. The back yard is even better than anticipated. Pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit, grill and more! Made it easy to make the choice for a night in! It might have been a business trip but it sure didn’t feel that way!

Summary: The property was impeccably clean and beautifully renovated with comfortable and high quality furniture - the description and photos are 100% accurate. The outdoor areas and pool are fantastic. Our group was 8 adults plus a toddler. My husband and I stayed in the attached casita with our toddler which was perfect because the location opposite the other bedrooms meant we weren’t disturbing anyone early in the mornings and it was quiet for her at night. It wasn’t clear in the listing but the casita has access from the inside of the house as well. A highlight for me was the brand new and very well stocked kitchen as well as access to two pack and plays and high chairs. The layout is fantastic for families with multiple large seating areas - indoors there is a large living room, breakfast table, and dining table with seating for 8. Outside there is a dining table with seating for 8, a fire pit with chairs and a sectional, and pool loungers. There is lots of space to spread out. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet with great access to amenities in Kierland and Old Town along with proximity to many great golf courses. The hosts were very responsive but we really didn’t need them for anything. They have thought of every amenity and everything at the property was in great working condition. Overall this is one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at in this price range - we rated this home 10/10 and we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We stayed the week for my son's graduation from ASU. Ruby was amazing. They put a "Congrats Grad" banner. Such a special touch for our week. The rooms were great. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the activities we were doing throughout the week. Love the place and plan on staying again when we visit our son in AZ. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
