Kokomo Villas are located on a hill overlooking the bay of Lygaria in the greater area of Agia Pelagia. It can be reached from Heraklion/Heraklion Airport in about 25 minutes. It is easily accessible from the Highway and ideal as a base for exploring places of interest. Although close to various magnificent beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, it is also perfect for relaxing in privacy.

The villa is characterized by high aesthetics and stunning panoramic views of the Cretan Sea. The earthy tones of the spaces merge into the deep blue of the sea and sky, offering an unforgettable sense of harmony and gentleness. Every aspect, material and element has been carefully selected to wrap you in a state of calmness and satisfaction. All you need to do is enjoy.
Villa Thea hosts 1 bedroom with king size bed and panoramic sea view as well as directs access to the front veranda. Guests will enjoy the lovely stylish bathroom with double sinks and double showers. The spacious living-room with a gorgeous view of the sea is connected to a fully equipped open kitchen and dining room. The living room also opens out to the front veranda, which offers a dining table and barbeque (gas). Just below the veranda, there is the pool area which has a private swimming pool with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and lounge poufs. Furthermore, Kokomo Villas has solar panels installed to provide some of the energy needed in the property through them.

Summary: We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Villa Thea.. it was even better than it looked in the photos and the infinity pool with view down to the beach was stunning.. Desponia our host was there to greet us on arrival and very responsive during our stay. And having a maid service every other day made it feel as though we were staying in a hotel.. We are already looking to book again next year, would thoroughly recommend it.

Summary: We received a informational packet by email from the manager weeks before our stay, the packet was filled with valuable information and suggested we call Margarita, our host, after securing our rental car from the airport. She sent us coordinates for our GPS (google maps) that got us to the villa where Margarita was waiting for us. After showing us the villa and informing us that the food in the villa was for us as a welcome gift, Margarita left us but followed up with a text with directions to restaurants and supermarkets. We were tired from traveling and did not want to go out, to our surprise our welcome gift included everything we needed for dinner and breakfast including juice and coffee for the morning and wine for the evening. Thank you so much for the welcome gifts. We booked the villa at the end of a 10 day cruise with the idea of relaxing and getting away from the crowds on the ship. We could not have been happier with our choice. It was off season on Crete and the villa was a perfect base to explore the island, the first day we stayed in the villa and did laundry and relaxed, that evening we went to dinner at Petousis and enjoyed AntiKristo. The next day we drove into the mountains and found a wonderful restaurant, Delogo. The third day we considered going to the museum but opted not to due to the crowds, we drove along the coast and shopped for souvenirs. The next day we had to leave. Overall, the stay was what we wanted, relaxing in a beautiful villa.
