Summary: This place was probably the best rental I have ever been in! I’m very picky and this met all of my needs and I can’t believe how clean it was. I will not hesitate to rent this again if I come back to the area.

Summary: Lucy made decorated townhouse in the Christmas spirit and made us feel at home over the holidays. Very thoughtful to our needs and super responsive. The property is brand new, extremely comfortable and very well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own food, which is impornat to us. All 3 bedrooms are great, 2 masters on the upper floor are quite luxurious.

Summary: We stayed while skiing each day at Monarch Mountain. It was an easy commute to the mountain. Property was spacious with comfortable bedding and enough seating for our group. Everything we needed to prepare meals was included in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again for a winter or summer getaway.

Summary: We found this property to be super clean. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs and the property was easily accessed. One small improvement would be better lighting for reading, in bedroom as well as living area.

Summary: This place was great! This is a newer property, in a newer neighborhood. The place is furnished with very nice furniture. In fact, we stayed here over the Christmas break and the place was decorated great! The beds were all very comfortable. The location is perfect for those who like to ski Monarch and enjoy Salida. We would definitely stay here again!
