The 20x40 indoor/outdoor porch has an 8-man hot tub, seating area with indoor fire pit, table and chairs for dining, and a large Blackstone grill. Summary: Well appointed, large kitchen. Two big bedrooms with comfy beds and a third bunk room perfect for young people. The rec room was awesome! Several tables and chairs provided that made having a large family gathering so easy. There are three more queen sized air mattresses that fit perfectly in the rec room for additional sleeping. Really appreciated linens and blankets being provided for all sleeping spaces. Property manger was very easy to communicate with and always timely. Surrounding area had nearby places for dinner, fishing, and quick groceries.

Summary: It's really nice pool Barn that is secluded but is conveniently located to where it's only like a 5 minute drive to everything you want to do from fishing to get into the jet express for Put-in-Bay and the home has all the amenities that you would want hot tub swimming pool rec room had a blast
