Summary: stayed for a weekend ended up having more guests than planed . Ranae our host could not have been nicer. The kitchen ,dining & living room area is large and was perfect for our family. The deck was great There are stairs that you see in the photos that is how you get in, that is the only thing that was a little hard for some of us to navigate carrying things in and out. Would stay there again .

Summary: The house itself was as described and fairly clean. This property is not properly described as in the listing on Vrbo. It's listed as "New house with GREAT VIEW of Lake McConaughy. There is no GREAT view of the lake because the lake is dried up in this area and the waterline starts at least 4 miles away. There's RR tracks 100' or so behind the property and trains run all hours of the night although it's hardly noticeable when they go by. I couldn't find the password to the WiFi so I texted the host to get it but she never did respond. I eventually found the password in the 3 ring binder. We will never stay here again.

Summary: Perfect home for a retreat close to lake Mac! Communication with the host was friendly and punctual. I would definitely recommend this home for a stay😁

Summary: Close to the beach, far on the west end of the lake so check water levels if you want to get down to the beach. Plenty of amenities and quick responses from property manager.
