What a fantastic opportunity here! A fully upgraded, former model home that’s only 5-10 minutes from the Strip, airport, and Allegiant stadium. Located southwest of the Strip, this two-story, single-family house is 2,300 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Conveniently located near Albertson’s, Target, EoS Fitness, St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Walgreens, and much more. This home is perfect for families and groups!

2. Extremely high speed, secure, and full-coverage gigabit Wi-Fi on a mesh network
3. Master bedroom with king bed, 55” Smart TV, and full bath (equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, toothpaste, and floss)

Summary: Everything about our stay was positive. The communication was great, the place was super clean and everything was completely as advertised. The only thing I would add is that if you are elderly the bedrooms are all upstairs. If you can’t handle taking your luggage up a pretty tall flight of stairs this might not be the place for you. Other than that it was a wonderful place.

Summary: The home was beautiful and spacious! Mo was super nice to communicate with. No conplaints we had a great stay! We were in town briefly for a wedding. It was nice to be far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. But close enough to catch a quick short uber or taxi drive in.

Summary: We rented this house to have a place to stay after a week rafting in Grand Canyon with our family. The house was new, clean and cozy… a welcoming place and a place we would absolutely stay at again. It is close to airport but away from the glitz of The Strip which we preferred. We stayed at another house prior to our trip and it was “tired” from what appeared to have been endless frat parties…. A big risk for Vegas rentals. This house was opposite. Well appointed, good internet, thoughtful inclusions and generally well done. No was responsive and helpful the whole time. Thanks again!!
