Summary: Spent the weekend during our son's UWP graduation. Great location, walking distance to the main street corridor. Home was in great shape, with everything needed and then some! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Property was clean, house had everything we needed. Only two complaints are that after the reservation cancellation opportunity had expired, I was sent a text via the property manager who never identified herself and informed me that there would be an additional charge for per load to be settled outside of VRBO. I was refunded my deposit but was charged for cleaning of the stovetop, food from the fridge and taking out the kitchen trash after I already paid a cleaning fee and she complimented me on leaving the house in such great shape. Some of these properties nickel and dime you for redundant charges, that prevents me from staying at these properties twice.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay. The house matched the photos and description (old home with some upgrades). Compared to a hotel of similar pricing we thought it was good value being able to spread out with a kitchen, multiple bedrooms and living space.

Summary: Great house! Loved the country charm and decor! Smelled so nice, too!!! Had everything we needed! Screened in porch and the rocking chair along with my morning coffee was the best way to start the day. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town! Peaceful neighborhood, felt safe walking around at night too! Thx much, Joanna!!!

Summary: We stayed here last minute when our family plans changed. Host was flexible with us and everything was awesome! House was super clean and larger then we expected! We will definitely be come back when we are in the area!

Summary: Property was cute. Only bad was didn’t supply bath towels. Never been to a rental that didn’t supply bath towels.

Summary: The home was very clean upon arrival and Joanna was a pleasure to work with. She made the experience a breeze! The location doesn’t get any better if you plan to hit the bars at the end of the day or if you have activities to do on campus! Would definitely stay here again!
