In the center of the most typical Rome, in the quiet alleys of the medieval city, this particular loft offers our guests modern and enveloping spaces. Recently renovated by a well-known studio of Roman architects, the apartment has a minimal design, enriched by small details and warm materials such as resin surfaces and oak plank floors.
The loft consists of a single large room, with a double bed on a mezzanine and a sofa bed, and is equipped with every facility, from air conditioning to dishwasher, from wifi to music, to TV. It is located on the upper floor of a building of only two levels of 1300, which originally stood next to an ancient furnace.
From the apartment every place in the city center can easily be visited on foot. From Piazza Navona to the Pantheon, from Campo de 'Fiori to San Pietro, from the Fori to Castel Sant'Angelo it is all reachable by walking. In addition, the house is a short walk from the tram that connects easily with all major tourist destinations in Rome and Trastevere station, connected to Fiumicino airport.
Unique, for art lovers and monuments, the house is right in front of the ancient church of Santa Maria in Cappella, a stone's throw from the Tiberina island and all the oldest squares in Trastevere.

Summary: Loved the apartment. Location was perfect for us. Terrace was beautiful. We do wish the ac was a little more powerful. Luckily the days we were there had highs in the 80s, not sure if we would have slept very well if it was warmer outside as the ac wasn’t very strong.

Summary: We loved our stay at Adriano and Cristina’s place. Great location in Trastevere - very quiet inside the apartment but tons of great restaurants within a minute or two walking. Adriano was easy to communicate with and we were very grateful for the welcoming bottle of wine, fruit and cake (so yummy, Cristina!) would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Perfect for a couple. Situated within a quieter neighbourhood but within walking distance of monuments and restaurants. Hosts were amazing with transport and food recommendations.

Summary: We were wowed as soon as we walked in! The space felt so large, very well planned and decorated. There is a small lovely outdoor space on the roof, we did not use as it was a bit too hot, that is accessible from inside the apartment. A good space for a couple, maybe 3 people max. Having a place with a fan was the best to have during a heat wave! We loved having the old streets of Trastevere right out the door. Very walkable city, make sure to have good shoes and decent physical fitness. Walking into Rome is about 20 minutes to cross the closest bridge. The scooters around town were helpful were helpful at the end of a long day walking. Overall the apartment was very clean, well appointed, maybe wish it had a washing machine, but we would love to stay again for future visits. Hosts were friendly and helpful during check in.
