We have a huge driveway that 10 trucks or cars can park comfortably. And if you have boats its very easy to in and out from the property.
All this is nestled into a quite little resort area (Moors resort) with boat launching down the street, restaurant and bar and a mini beach. Its quarter of a mile from the lake.

Summary: Overall a very pleasant experience. Even though it’s a duplex, we never felt like there was no privacy. Beds were comfortable & everything was clean. Didn’t spend much time inside during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had so much fun at this place. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The backyard was amazing. The house was very clean and even though the owners live in the other duplex...we didn't see them 1 time...so you very much have complete privacy. They homeowner was very easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. Even had some snacks in the pantry and Kcups for the coffee. Great stay and I highly recommend. Your about 1 minute from the boat ramp...just right down the road which was super nice. Highly recommend!!

Summary: There were no tables or lamps in the living room which was very odd. There was just a sofa and love seat to sit on. The master bedroom had no lamps and some of the canned lights weren’t working. None of the lights above the sink worked which made getting ready a bit difficult.

Summary: My stay at this property would be 5 star review had there a bit more cleanliness. I did you enjoy my stay with girlfriend and the host was very easy to reach. As far as the cleanness I would say it was 90-95 percent clean. The only things I noticed that were dirty were the Countertop Ice Maker (Lots of Buildup from previous use), and the exhaust fans in the one of the bathrooms had a lot of lint on the fan. I slept good in the back bedroom that we chose, the only negative I would have is the motion sensor for the flood light was on randomly at night. The Hot Tub was very relaxing and it would comfortable fit four adults despite the walk to the hot tub was a cold one. Nevertheless I overall I would say I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5. P.S the property it around 30-35 mins from Paducah or Murray, and about 10-15 mins to Benton.
