Experience a luxurious stay in this newly renovated, private king guest suite surrounded by beautiful scenery and located in the back of Onondaga Country Club. Enjoy complete privacy as you relax in the brand new hot tub and gas fire table just outside your door. Conveniently located, only a 1 minute drive away from restaurants, shops, and the highway. Green Lakes State Park & Beach is 10 minutes away.
The suite features a comfortable king size bed, blackout blinds for a peaceful night's sleep, an electric fireplace for added coziness, a desk for any work needs, and a high-end automatic espresso/coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Watch your favorite shows on the 55" Smart SONY TV or enjoy some downtime with the mini refrigerator(no freezer) and microwave.
Step outside onto your own private deck with the hot tub and fire table exclusively for this suite. The upstairs rental has its own deck, ensuring your privacy. The suite itself is 256 square feet, making it a cozy and comfortable space perfect for one or two guests. Please keep your expectations in line with the size of the suite.
You will have the entire space to yourself, and it is not shared with anyone else. The suite is located in the lower level of another rental, separated by a locked door and stairs. Neither guests have access to the door, ensuring your privacy.
Your host will be available for any questions you may have during your stay through the platform messaging system. If you donโ€™t check in by 2 am then you will forfeit your reservation unless you specifically make arrangements with me in advance.
The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, perfect for an evening stroll. There are restaurants and shops just a 1 minute drive away, and two grocery stores within a mile.
For direct bookings and those made through Vrbo/Expedia, a $200 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card for damages. Nothing will be charged unless we notify you of any damages. Hotels require a deposit hold as well. Book now for a luxurious and private stay in Fayetteville!
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, if we get noise complaints, you will be asked to leave without a refund. This isnโ€™t a party house that you can be up all night going in and out of the guest suite.
Hot Tub Waiver form and guest registration must be completed before check in. A $200 damage deposit will be charged when you check in and if your credit card gets declined you will not be able to check in unless you provide another form of payment. When you check out and there is no damage to the room and the hot tub is left in good condition (not cloudy or dirty) you will get your deposit back.
No visitors are allowed in guest suite. It is small and only suitable for 2 people plus an infant or child. You are however are allowed to have a couple visitors on the deck. No Parties!!! Please do not slam the door when entering and leaving the guest suite, it has been loosening the smart lock when people slam the door.

Summary: Absolutely amazing!! I canโ€™t say enough good things about this place!! They owners are so thoughtful to have literally everything you can possibly think of for you in this room!! Dining options in area are also great, and grocery stores a mile away! Highly recommend, canโ€™t say enough good things about this place from communication to cleanliness! Amazing stay!!

Summary: I really wanted to give a perfect rating however a few things fell short for us. The space was extremely nice and comfortable. It was extremely well thought out and amenities galore. As a woman I appreciated all the little details. Spa like toiletries and bedding I plan to find and purchase for me! Having a little fire table and hot tub was certainly an extra perk for much needed R&R. We knew this was a guest suite and attached to a home. It is attached to the owner's prime residence therefore they are on property. No big deal until we arrived and could hear little dogs barking on the other side of the wall and someone sneezing. It didn't make it feel as private as I had hoped. We were offered complimentary beverages and a snack for arrival but they were not provided. Again no big deal but we had planned for these and had to make an extra trip back out after traveling. Lastly, we were woken by what sounded like a small mouse scurrying in the wall. As home owners ourselves we get this can happen. We found the tiny hole chewed through the drywall and informed the homeowner only to be advised it was a squirrel and they knew it was an issue. This was not the sounds of a squirrel and the hole was definitely from a mouse. Again we get things happen like this as homeowners but wished we were informed ahead of time that they were actively trying to catch it and we may hear it. We would still stay here again as it certainly felt more comfortable than staying at a hotel.

Summary: Our getaway two nights stay was very relaxing. The amenities were on Point everything was covered if we forgot something it was there and then some had some nice Extra touches. The only thing I could say is that I wish I had a bigger bathroom, but it was hooked up nice and the hot tub was amazing. We definitely would go back. , thank you for the time and effort you put into making our stay a relaxing comfortable one

Summary: Room, outside deck, features, perks and amenities are all top notch. The host will want to know โ€œexactlyโ€ what time you will arrive so as to make sure there are treats waiting for you upon arrival (nice but I arrived 20 minutes later than I estimated and personally like flexibility when paying to stay somewhere). Also, I wouldโ€™ve liked to know when I booked this that the hosts live in the house and sleep above the room. The description is a little misleading as there wouldnโ€™t be any noise complaints per se. The noise complaints will come from the host themselves who sleep in the room above the one shown here. As what happened to me in the morning when I received a text that the boyfriend couldnโ€™t sleep because, he said I had the TV up. I did not have the TV on. I was on the phone, but it was just me. I casually mentioned the idea of sound panels at which point the host told me that they never had that problem and the only time somebody was that loud was a married couple fighting. So I felt a little bit uncomfortable and didnโ€™t really want to stay the second night, however I already paid for it soI just made sure I did not talk on the phone after 10 and frankly felt as though they could hear every move I made throughout the day. The other thing that put me off a little bit I received a text at 9:45 Am The walls are thin and I was on the phone at night and received a text in the morning saying that I had my TV on all night and they would appreciate it if I could keep it down.
