Summary: Sheets were dirty. Room was booked for 5 people. There wasn’t enough bedding or towels for the entire party. There were no towels available at the pool, or in the gym. Gym equipment was broken or in poor condition.

Summary: Room was clean, staff were helpful, and even though there was a water main break they were gracious and allowed our kids to swim in the pool. The bed was comfy too!

Summary: New, well kept, spacious and comfortable. Cooked breakfast items (eggs, sausage and breakfast sandwiches) were pretty gross. Other items were great. Room keys stopped working both days.

Summary: The lobby had an underlying smell of cigarette smoke covered by Pinesol. Also, the floor I was on had two vacuum cleaners out in the hall that didnt move the two nights I stayed there, and a random cleaning rag lying by the ice machine that also never moved. Separately, the gym is tiny with nowhere to stretch or do floor work. Finally, the mattress is very soft.
