Please note: Our rental schedule is set to the schedules of the two local baseball parks in the area, Cooperstown All-Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park. They are six-day tournaments. Our calendar is set up in six-day intervals to go along with the baseball parks.
Cancellation Policy: If we receive a cancellation notice 90 days or more before the arrival date, the rental payment will be refunded, less $300. If we receive a cancellation notice less than 90 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund.

Enjoy 50' of water-front property on Goodyear Lake near Cooperstown, NY. The house is located 10 miles (An easy 15 min. drive) from Dreams Park in Cooperstown and 13 miles (An easy 18 min. drive) to The All-Star Village in Oneonta. The Lake House is a favorite for families coming to the area for these two attractions.

Summary: This house and property were perfect for our week at Cooperstown. We loved grilling on the back porch (overlooking the lake) and the kids did some fishing too! Main area is open and great for cooking/spending time together. Would recommend this house to others for sure.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakefront property. It was the perfect size for 6 of us with a few rotating family guests. A 19 minute drive to All Star Village and 30 minutes to Cooperstown. Very clean and comfortable. Issy was very attentive and communication was simple. Would stay here agin for sure.

Summary: This was an amazing house & a wonderful stay! The house was clean & comfortable. The view from inside or on the deck was beautiful. The details in the house are spot on. Plus it was close enough to dreams park that if you have a few hours between games, you could go back & relax. The hosts were great too, & got back with any questions quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: This house is was a great place to stay for a week at Dreamspark. Not to far away and a nice easy drive to get there. The house was spectacular. We had a minor bee issue but the owner took care of it that morning. My other kids were able to fish from the dock in the down time. I would recommend this place to anyone.
