Welcome to our newly renovated (fully renovated 2023) lakefront home with space for the whole family! Enjoy stunning views of the calm cove that is perfect for water activities and creating unforgettable memories. The home has everything you need for your stay, including an extra large, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, kayaks, and more. Book your stay today!
Rooms: Our spacious 2400-square foot home has everything you need with enough space for your entire crew. There are four bedrooms that sleep 14 (2 kings, 1 queen, & one bunk room with 4 queens). If you need additional space, the couch pulls out to create a sleeper sofa that can comfortably fit one adult or two kids.
Access/Layout: There is ramp access to the front door, so the home is accessible for all. On the first floor, you'll find an extra large kitchen, living area, dining area, as well as two bedrooms (one king; one queen) and a full bathroom (large shower). The second floor has two additional bedrooms (second king; bunkroom with 4 queens) and another full bathroom (tub/shower combo).
Outdoors: There is a covered patio, which has an outdoor dining table that fits 8 people, a propane grill, and a lounging area, all overlooking the lake. The yard is fully fenced and has a gate that provides access to the swimming dock. You can easily bring the paddleboards/kayaks down and launch from the swimming dock, or grab some floaties and enjoy the calm water in our cove.
Water Toys: Two stand-up paddleboards, two adult kayaks (8'), and two kid kayaks (6') are on the property for you to use. Various floaties and lifejackets are also available for you to use during your stay. Life jackets: 4 adult (30"-52" chest), 2 youth (50-90lbs), 1 child (33-55lbs). [PLEASE NOTE: Life jackets may not fit everyone. If you need a life jacket for a small child or a large adult, please bring those with you or plan to rent them, as we have standard sized life jackets. Also, Texas law REQUIRES that any child under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times when using a personal water craft; adults must have a life jacket easily accessible (i.e on the kayak/board).]

Summary: The owners of the place are very accommodating, the remodel was nice, house was as described, the house does seem to be located in a densely populated area away from the main lake area, very shallow water to fish in, kayaks, paddle boards, and fire pit were all a huge plus to the stay.

Summary: The property was bery clean and bright when we arrived. Upon entering we adjusted the AC to begin cool down. Id say that AC is in tip top shape cause the temperature came down real quick. We were really excited to see the amount of cookware in the kitchen to handle all your needs. The paddle boards, canoes and numerous floating devices was awesome as well. Had to send a couple messages to the host and within minutes Emily was calling me and issue's were resolved. We couldn't have had a much netter time and now we look to the winter for an adults only trip to relax. Thank you once again Emily for being so inviting and such a great host with such a beautiful house! 100 plus 🌟 from us!

Summary: The lake house is on a waterfront lot with a patio with BBQ overlooking a cove and dock. There is a boat ramp nearby. The cove is large with plenty of room for fun boating. There are kayaks and paddleboards available. The 2-story house has a large kitchen and dining area with a large 2-person shower and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs there one bedroom with 4 beds for the kids and one regular bedroom and a bathroom. Overall, it is a pretty nice place for a weekend getaway.
