Summary: Great communication with Brian, the host. Beautiful home with thoughtful amenities. Nice location with easy access to surrounding resorts and places to go/ eat. Would recommend for families looking for an alternative to crazy expensive resorts !

Summary: The house is as expected from the images on VRBO. Plenty of room. Its super convenient to beaches, restaurants, banks, and water parks. The host was extremely responsive and helpful - one late evening coming home from dinner, we realize the valet gave us the wrong car and the house keys were in our car that another patron drove to the other side of the island. The Host responded immediate when we contacted him late at night, was as helpful as he could be, and even followed up later to ensure everything worked out.

Summary: The home was perfect for our families needs. With a large group and range of ages we were able to spread out in the spacious home. My kids loved the pool and cable TV. We were very grateful for excellent communication from the owner and extra supplies to make our trip enjoyable.

Summary: Exactly as advertised. The whole property had been thoroughly and completely cleaned prior to our arrival. Small thoughtful touches like the beach equipment and welcome basket went a long way for us. Communication with owner was always responsive and spot on. I couldn’t be happier with this rental!
