Summary: Overall we enjoyed this home. There is a coffee drive through and a nice restaurant that is walking distance away. We really enjoyed the ‘beach house’ feel of the home. Only hiccup we had was the electronic lock… when we got there we could not lock the door as we left to go eat, so we had to lock the door from the inside and leave through the garage door.. then the lock stopped working completely the night before checkout so we had to find another way into the home after a long day at the beach. I do feel like the lock is a small issue and I can definitely see us renting this house again when we go and see our sister again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! Dog friendly with the fenced yard. Accommodated two 4-person families with one kid sleeping on the couch. Great washer and dryer!

Summary: Inside was nice an pretty clean… garage had a very funny smell and washer needs to be sanitized as it smelt like mold… upon arriving the previous people had stuffed the can so full the birds an wind blew it through the whole yard! There was previous dog poop that was very old to not so old when we got there…. Not only did I pick up after my dog that I paid extra to have I had to clean up other peoples dog poop an clean all the trash spread through the yard… I’d say for paying as much as we did for our stay and those down sides we won’t be back for our dunefest vender spot here again … would be nice to be comped back some money for the down sides… plus the neighbors were pretty rowdy an partied most nights

Summary: Overall I would rate my experience a four. The only issue I had was to figure how to operate the lock box to lock the house when leaving. No physical key was supplied. Once I figured it out, it was easy.
