The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, large island, open concept with direct access to the large 320sqft deck with breathtaking views of the lake, beach and amazing sunsets. The home is on a quiet street in Lake City 1.5 miles to downtown where you can enjoy the largest cones in the north at Tasty Treat, local coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, ski resorts, and less than an hour to Traverse City.
