With a spacious living room and two comfortable bedrooms, a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and fully remodeled baths, the 987-square-foot end unit is just a short walk to the clubhouse, pro shop, pools, tennis courts and other amenities.
Take a leisurely bike ride around Seven Springs (two bikes are provided), reserve a tee time on the Arnold Palmer-managed course, or just grab lunch at the clubhouse and relax by the pool. You have many options and can make this vacation spot anything you want it to be.
The community has 24-hour guards with gated access and is close to a hospital, Mitchell Plaza, Publix, dining, and entertainment. Convenient access to surrounding major freeways, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport.

Summary: This condo was perfect for me as i started my new job and hunted for a home to purchase. Good communication. Convenient parking. Reasonable drive to airport and beach. Every store imaginable nearby. I felt safe in this gated community. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming too. Five stars!

Summary: Property was convenient to club house. Rental was decorated with a beach colors and very cute. Any issues were taken care of promptly by the care taker. Unit was clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful month at Seven Springs! Loved getting to know the area. Our condo was perfect for us! Diane and Diane were over the top accommodating !! Very nice unit. Clean, updated and equipped!

Summary: This stay was for my son during residency at a local hospital. The location and unit were perfect. Clean and quiet and just what he needed. Getting him into the unit was a nightmare that I place squarely on VRBO and NOT the owner. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Problems: This is a MONTHLY only unit yet VRBO has in listed as Daily. The HOA requires a fee, background check and interview BEFORE they will approve of the applicant. This is normally a 2 week process and is NOT mentioned on VRBO. With the owners help we got in done in 3 days, but this is a huge problem with VRBO. We needed the unit for 2 months, VRBO said it was available for 2 months. After paying for 2 months I found out from the owner it was only available for 1 month. VRBO never changed the status. The owner again graciously refunded us the 2nd month. As a vacation property owner I place these problems squarely on VRBO and will not use VRBO again. Diane was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend her place. We would definitely stay there again.
