Summary: This is a lovely property in Paradise Valley, which is always our “home base” on trips to PHX. We really enjoyed the heated pool during a week of remarkably cool temps for Phoenix. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated some little touches like the snack basket and living room throws for cool evenings. I think the property could benefit from some new towels, but can’t think of anything else that would merit a change. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This house is in a very quiet area. Not a place to party IMHO. There are restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, pretty much anything you might need very close. Games and pool in the backyard for kids.

Summary: Very easy and open communication with owners/property manager before and during the stay. The house was easy to get to, check in was easy, and the house was in pristine condition. All of the amenities were functional and great to use. All bedrooms were tidy with clean linen, all bathrooms were clean, and the living spaces had plenty of places to sit. We had a great relaxing stay and would highly recommend to any group looking for a great house to stay at while visiting.

Summary: Great spot, and very handy to Kierland hotels, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortable, quiet spot with great patio pool and chipping area. The host was excellent to communicate with, and all went easy and smooth. I'm coming back for certain!
