Positive: The unit is very nice with upgraded bathrooms, bedding, lights, appliances and flooring. It was close to Kierland Commons and the Safeway store. This unit has a garage and your car is very secure. The pool and hot tub are great and is a short 2 minute walk. This unit is right next to the Westin Kierland and easy to get to everything.
Negative: The one problem we had was with the gate code to get into the complex was not given to us and we had to call Vacasa Support and they got us the code within 30 minutes. The gate code should be one of the items given to the guest before we leave for the stay and it wasn't.
