Negative: The only small negative is thats its was the second floor apartment.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, well-supplied, and very clean. We travel quite a bit, and Nancy and Jim's place was quite possibly the cleanest place we've stayed. It also has tons of kitchen appliances and cooking supplies. One of the best places we've stayed! Jim and Nancy are tremendous hosts who are helpful and kind, and their dog Cinnamon is so sweet. One important note--members in my family have pet allergies, but it's clear Cinnamon is not allowed in the apartment--my family members did not have any allergic reactions during our stay, so no worries there! Just book it!
Negative: Nothing; it was a perfect stay for us!
Summary: The apartment is an absolute gem--clean, well-supplied, and Jim and Nancy are wonderful hosts!

Positive: Nancy & Jim were absolutely fantastic hosts! They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived! They were attentive our entire stay and truly made us feel at home. The entire house was decorated beautifully and I couldnt praise the cleanliness enough! Its cleaner than any hotel or rental I have ever been in! The kitchen is absolutely stunning! And the patio off of it was absolutely perfect for morning coffee! The laundry was an added appreciated bonus as for a family of seven.. we didn’t even realize how much it would be needed or appreciated! The bedrooms were not only spacious, but stocked with everything you could possibly need! Our kiddos enjoyed an afternoon in the pool and we loved having Nancy and Jim’s company and trading our life’s stories! Our kids always looked forward to seeing their dog Cinnamon— the absolute highlight of their stay! We hated when it came time to leave because Nancy and Jim had truly become family in our eyes! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Positive: Nancy and Jimmy, along with their adorable golden retriever Cinnamon, are the MOST nicest and caring hosts we've ever had. Nancy even bought my daughter a gift. A beautiful journal! The house is immaculate and modern with everything you need and I mean Everything! Jimmy is always tending to the gorgeous gardens that he meticulously keeps. The pool is clean and there is nothing they don't already have for the beach. Towels, beach blanket, toys, umbrella, chairs and trolley to carry it all! The beach is 6 mins away, grocery store is 3 mins away and pharmacy just as close. No regrets from the Henderson's.

Positive: Nancy and Jim were exceptional hosts--so incredibly personable, hospitable, attentive, helpful and fun! The moment you meet them you feel you've known them all your life. We wish we were neighbors! And their place is truly an oasis in New London. It is beautiful. They do not skimp on anything. The beds and couches are comfy, and the kitchen is is stocked with coffee, tea, Brita water and snacks. There is an abundance of towels. Even the TP was quality! And Nancy and Jim provide a beach pass to Ocean Park Beach which is so wonderful of them. The beach is must! This is one of the best rental experiences we have ever had.
Negative: Not a thing. This place is golden!
