Summary: Clean. Safe. Quiet. Easy check-in. Irina was helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I was hesitant to book since there were no previous reviews, but it worked out well for myself, my husband, and our little one. It was close to our family, grocery stores, and restaurants. We didn't use any of the pools or laundry rooms. We'd planned on going to the beach and since I didn't see any photos or any mention of the availability of beach items, I asked Irina in advance. She let me know there were no towels for the pool/beach or any other beach items. We had to travel with our own beach chairs and towels, which wasn't ideal since we've had those items available in the rental unit in the past. Pretty limited cooking items. No storage containers for leftovers if you cook, which we did.
