It offers a range of fantastic amenities, including a sparkling infinity pool with 360º ocean views overlooking the Banderas Bay, cabanas/sunbeds, multiple lounge chairs, hammocks, and a BBQ area.
Other things to note
***Please note that this is an "Adults Only Complex". All guests and occupants must be 18 years or older. No children are allowed. The responsible renter for the reservation needs to be at least 25 years old.
There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.
Please note that the pool is closed on Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm for deep cleaning.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Summary: Most of all the view was incredible. Stairs to the property were a great source of exercise. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. Location was also very close the many restaurants and the beach is a 2 block walk from the bottom of the stairs. The tram is also available to the property.

Summary: We really enjoyed our five nights stay. The bed and pills were super comfortable. Loved having a patio for morning coffee. The pool right upstairs was perfect and during low season was barely used by anyone else. Great location to restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly. The unit itself was very clean. Had a great kitchen set up with many useful items. The window facing the ocean next to the bathroom sink is so cute to watch daily ocean activities. It was quiet and we will definitely stay again.
