Positive: The apartment was modern, location was ideal. The host was very helpful, always reponded.
Negative: It was not clean at all!!! I had to clean as soon as we got there. The washing rail for drying clothes was very dirty, cob webs and all. In the description it states there is a dryer built in the washing machine but there wasnt!!! I wish I took pictures. The towels were dirty with marks. The vacuumed cleaner had hair stuck in the tube, was dirty The one shower was not working well. Generally it was not clean, that is my only complaint I was not happy!!!
Summary: Average!!! I don't think I would go again.

Positive: The view from the apartment is absolutely stuning.
Negative: It is really hard to sleep while you listening to the neighbors havin s*x and shouting (most likely s*x workers). Also the gate openere at night was always sleeping, we had to wait like an hour to park in the private garage. Besides that it wasnt that bad.

Positive: Nice looking very clean and well furnished. Communication was good. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather. Not charged for late check in. 24 hour friendly security guard. We had lot of gap between check out and flight departure. Were offered to leave our bags with the security guard for free was a big plus.
Negative: Beach wasn’t far but didn’t realise at the time of booking that we would need to walk down stairs for about 40 steps and same upstairs to come back. Had I known that I would have avoided this property. Didn’t realise that there was €300 fully refundable security deposit for damages. I spent lot of time to check if it has been refunded to my credit card but couldn’t find any debit or credit entry and had to speak to Bank who couldn’t find credit and debit entries and suggested to check with property owner. Property owner was quick to respond and wrote that the amount was guaranteed on credit card but not taken as there was no damage. Not owners fault but I think when someone goes on holidays spending time on such things and remaining worried on return for about 10 days is not worth. It wasn’t clear at the time of booking that we would have to pay a refundable safety deposit as it was written somewhere under house conditions that I overlooked.
Summary: Excellent property location was good. Value for money 😊😊
