4 Bedroom House in Serra Mesa, San Diego

On this Tri-level home has private spaces on each level to enjoy outside; 1st floor a front entry porch with chairs a table stand with a wrap-around gate. The 2nd floor has a balcony with a gas fire pit table and chairs, & the 3rd floor has rooftop with outdoor furniture, a large dining table for group dinners, hanging lights, comfy outdoor seating and a large propane BBQ is a wonderful spot to spend the evenings (propane for BBQ is provided).
Home Rules:
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. No pets allowed (without approval)
11. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.

Summary: The community is absolutely beautiful. The house was very nice. Parks nearby, dog park, succulent gardens. The home was equipped with all essentials for a stay except for an iron and ironing board. Unable to operate the ceiling fan and washing machine appears that it was controlled off sight also found a long spider web hanging from one of the lights in the main bedroom. Did not have access to the recreational center although the host assured me of this via email, so we were unable to swim or workout in the gym. You need a key card for access that was not provided. Overall, it was a great place to stay outside of the forementioned.

Summary: Our family of five recently had a very nice stay at this property. Everyone had their own room and slept well thanks to the quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. The kitchen and "family room" are really spacious with lots of natural light and a nice view. The location is very central, only a short drive to downtown, Balboa Park, the beaches, etc. There's also a park that's just a short walk from the rental. We hope to stay here again!

Summary: This was a 10/10 experience from communication to the layout of the house. Great space to have friends and plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect and Derek was always available when needed. Will book again!

Summary: Decided to do a short term stay since our house is going through renovations. Love the area and neighborhood. What beats this place and makes it phenomenal is the spectacular views. From living room, master bedroom, and rooftop access, made it feel serene and homey. This place is perfect if you need to telework with all the monitors provided. The kitchen has everything you need. Every room has tvs and comfortable bedding to kick back and relax.

Summary: Derek was very hands on and communicative from the first night of needing this property. Needed a home setting to stay in since I telework from home. As a San Diego Native this location is prime and close to all the attractions. Close to the freeways and big shopping malls. Felt very safe in this property. Will book again.

Summary: Me and my group are very happy with our stay here and glad we found it! The property was very clean and in a great location with less than 10 minutes rides to Hillcrest neighborhood and Downtown San Diego areas. Amenities like the pool, hot tub and gym are right across the street and added a lot of value to our stay! Couple things to note: Access to the property is primarily through the garage with a single garage opener, it would be great if there was more than one way to open the garage so our group could split up and have access. Also this property seems to be a new development so we weren't successful getting food delivered and ridesharing took a little longer to secure a ride. Luckily there is full access to the garage so next time we stay here we'll definitely opt for a rental car. Outside of these minor things we would definitely stay here again and the host Derek was very pleasant.
