Positive: Had supermarkets, butchers, fruit stores around. Also, close to the great bouillon Julien. Nice bars show up at night, as well, all along the main street, full of young people. Inside, the room was clean and ikea style.
Negative: Noisy street. This was a 4th floor apartment -- information not available when booking (you do know it is a building with no elevator, though). Ultra small room. Building with 5 floors, each with 2 (?) rented apartments, separated by "fake" walls, where you basically hear everything. The stairs looked like they weren't cleaned for ages. And smelled crazy to humidity. Had the neighbours next door throwing a crazy party in one of the nights, hearing all kinds of noises. The booking information says they have "frontdesk luggage service" but then, sadly it wasn't available (nor, afaict, there would be space for it in the building, if not in other appartments) (had to book elsewhere to store luggage at both checkin and checkout). Asked for exact checkin and checkout times (30min), but then, there’s no one there to receive you really. All interactions are via the airbnyou platform, key locks and codes. Finally, during the day, this is actually a "poor" city location, and I will leave it at that.

Positive: - Excellent location - Wifi Included - Apartment fully equiped - Very friendly staff. During our stay, they were very responsive to our needs. Also, my invoice needed a bit of extra effort and the made their best to my full satisfaction.
Negative: - Lack of elevator. - A bit noisy, but understandable due to the excellent location - Cleaning could be better. - Luggage storage not available

Positive: Location was good to be in the 'real' Paris and not in a tourist resort , still within reach of the tourist sights , although we are good walkers so we walked everywhere ( all sights were about half an hour to an hour ) can't really comment on the public transport as we didn't use it . Metro stations all over and nearby . Plenty of eating and drinking places and supermarkets too .
Negative: Very busy area so quite noisy outside with traffic and shops opening up early .

Positive: The location was fantastic with a very nice view out of the window. The room was very nice and clean, although a bit small it was still very comfortable. The staff was also quick to reply to any concerns we had.
Negative: The room didn't have a tv. The bed was very firm and had some hard springs in it although there is a top bunk with a softer mattress if you prefer that. But honestly there isn't many negative things to say about this place.

Negative: Some interior elements require repair (shelves). The windows are beautiful, but there is no soundproofing. It’s hard to say how comfortable it is with them in the cold season.
