Positive: We had a great stay at this flat! The check-in and key collection instructions were very detailed, with clear explanations and even illustrations, which made the whole process smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and replied quickly. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and looked exactly like the photos on the website. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed - pans, pots, enough plates and cups, etc. The location is fantastic, very close to a metro station with several lines, which made getting around the city super convenient. Despite being so close to the metro, it was quiet inside no noise or vibrations at all. One of the rooms had a lovely view of a nearby cinema le Grand Rex, especially nice at night. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, so the lights didn’t bother us at all.

Positive: Excellent location - close to everything. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent: very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
Negative: There is nothing negative about the flat. Just a note for future guests: the flat is on the third floor with no lift, so it is something to keep in mind if you are travelling with someone who has physical impairments or mobility difficulties.

Negative: The cinema lights may be disturbing if one has issues with a sleep. Would be nice if owner hangsthick blackout curtains in that badroom.

Positive: We had a wonderful three-day stay in Paris! The apartment was perfectly located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and great street food options nearby. Just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, likely recently renovated in a charming old Parisian building. Check-in was smooth and easy to follow. We were four people and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!
