New, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with beautiful yard/patio/propane fire-pit and BBQ Grill. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full bunks with twin trundle. Also, a pull-out sofa bed and an additional queen air mattress to sleep plenty. Everything in the house is brand new, including the furniture, appliances, linens and dishes.
Extremely convenient location off of Hwy 121. Minutes from Toyota, Shops of Legacy, Stonebriar Center, Craig Ranch Sports Complex, Allen Premium Outlets. Plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants!
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Nest Thermostat, 60" Smart TV, DVD Player, Wireless Docking/charging Station with Bluetooth Speaker in Living Room, 60" Roku TV in Master Bedroom, Hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ironing board, brand new dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, Keurig coffee machine(with some provided K-cups), new towels and linens are provided as standard and a washing machine/dryer are available so you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.
The house has a great open floor plan. Kitchen island with seating for six, which opens to the living area. There is also a separate, private dining room. Brand new cabinets with quartz countertops, brand new appliances. All bedrooms have carpet and ceiling fans. Bring the outdoors in with mud room/back door leading to fully landscaped yard with covered patio, patio furniture, propane fire-pit and a BBQ Grill. Low traffic street.

Summary: We were looking for a place to stay for soccer tournaments and found this gem. Easy accessibility, very clean and nice home. Owner was very helpful as we needed to stay an additional day since we have won our games and made the additional stay quick and easy. Great stay and will try to stay again if needed in the area.

Summary: The location was conveniently located near where we wanted to be. We had booked for a girls weekend and the location suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable with the softest pillows. We were able to cook and had plenty of space for everyone to sit, eat, and visit. Highly recommend!

Summary: The home itself was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The neighborhood was easy to access and close to major highways. Only downside, neighbors dogs barking at night but that only lasted until about 10. Otherwise, fantastic rental!!
