Summary:
This beautifully located Scottsdale luxury home is a spacious 5-bedroom (excluding casita), 5.5-bathroom property sitting on a half-acre lot. The casita can easily be used as a 6th bedroom, or as an accessible indoor/outdoor pool house. This property has plenty of amenities including a pickleball and basketball court, a putting green, a media room and a heated pool ($100/day). Sonos surround sound throughout, a mister system for those hot summers, yard games, and a garage-converted gym.
The Space:
The pocket sliding door opens up to the covered patio for an incredible indoor/outdoor living experience. Turn the misters on during the day for an incredible climate-controlled day in the sun. You won't want to get up from the ledge loungers situated on the shallow 20ft long baja shelf (sunscreen included).
The ambiance at night is second to none. We've added over 100 landscape lights and multi-color pool light to set the mood for any occasion. Several fire features including two fire bowls behind the pool and an in-ground fire pit just add to the already awe-inspiring backyard.
The house has been professionally designed by one of the top design firms in the city. Throughout you'll be able to enjoy very high-end and extremely comfortable Restoration Hardware and CB2 furniture pieces. We've invested in premium mattresses and linens and have tons of fun and thoughtful decor and stylings throughout the home. Style, comfort, and quality were at the forefront of this design process.
Guest Access:
We ask guests to enter/exit through the garage door. A 4-digit keypad code will be given to you within 3 days of checkin.

Summary: The property is just as described. Absolutely beautiful with tons to do. It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The dining chairs are stained but that did not detract from the visit. It was a bummer that the pool heater was broken but we still enjoyed the sun!

Summary: The 6 of us stayed there over the Waste Management week and the pictures don't do the property justice. The place is stunning inside and out and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling with a larger group size and looking for lots of activities to do on the property. Property Manager was also very easy to deal with and accommodating with any request/need.

Summary: Overall stay was awesome. House was as advertised. Most importantly, everything worked. Meaning if there was a basketball court, there was a ball as well. Etc. beautiful backyard / pool area. Landscaping was perfect. Was really amazing. Ross was quick to answer every call / request.
