Summary: The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We were close to our daughter and grandkids, who live nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We were here for a funeral so we were in and out of the house. We did not stay there that much. The linens need to be updated/renewed. The tub in the master bedroom needs to be unclogged. Otherwise, no major complaints.

Summary: Good place to stay for the University of Florida graduation weekend. Would stay here again, and the only request would be to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms or even just provide stand alone fans as an option.

Summary: Great experience! Provide a different water proof mattress pad for twin bed. The one there caused the sheets to slide off. Better weighted shower curtain for master bedroom and another side table for the master. Better lamp for the master. A living room chair would be helpful for extra seating. Additionally setting around the fire pit. House rules where not posted .
