We welcome you to our home 'down the shore. Villa Del Mundy is the perfect getaway for multi-family/ friend groups -with about a two minute stroll from our front door to the sand. Located in Surf City our home is nestled between the bay just a few blocks away & the beach, just 6 houses away. We are located conveniently near local shops, restaurants, an arcade, mini golfing and the library- our home has something special for everyone.
The Space
Our fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors & granite countertops opens up to the spacious living area characterized by its large windows offering the space with lots of natural light, immediately welcoming you with plenty of seating for the entire family. Our kitchen features a variety of amenities such as a Ninja Coffee Bar, microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher and offers a range of kitchenware and cooking necessities needed for preparing your favorite meals. We invite you to get away and hide out in our den, lounge around on our fully furnished balcony or enjoy a sunset on our rooftop patio. Getting dark out?; cozy up on our adirondack chairs and make some smores in the backyard with our wood burning fire pit.
Our home is your home; we welcome the use of our grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, games, sporting equipment and beach badges.

Summary: It’s our 3rd year at this house. It’s clean, the responsiveness of the host/property manager is quick and accomodating. There are great amenities. We have adults and children all together at the house. Theees plenty of room for fun and relaxation.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Del Mundy. The house was beautiful and well stocked with anything you could imagine. They had basics in the Fridge for us, Snacks, fresh cut flowers, toiletries, games, bikes, beach chairs. bedding....even dog treats and snacks. They went out of their way to make you feel at home in their home. We appreciated all of the extras. We highly recommend this home for your next beach trip.

Summary: I rented this house for 2 weeks centered around my son's wedding in the area. It was perfect for family members. It was very clean and neat! There were so many 'spaces' to hang out in that we never felt crowded. The back yard is amazing for a gathering. There were plenty of chairs, etc to take to the beach. There were outdoor games like cornhole in the basement. The kitchen had everything one would need. The beach was a short, easy walk. Parking was ample. And Daphne was so responsive and helpful to any questions that I had. I would rent this house again with no qualms.

Summary: Had a perfect first trip to LBI with our family of three generations. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. The beds and pillows in all the rooms were comfortable and linens high quality. We enjoyed making s’mores in the backyard fire pit with plenty of seating for lounging. And the rooftop had a perfect view of the surf city fireworks. Short walk to the beach and some local shops. Highly recommend!

Summary: This rental was amazing! Not only was the house layout fantastic, but it was also fully stocked for beach use and even had snacks! My group of friends had a phenomenal time and we are very grateful to rent have rented this place!

Summary: The host was fabulous. Great communication. Great empathy. The house has super comfortable beds and lots of places to do things. My son and his friends loved the backyard area and the rooftop. My dogs loved every inch of the place. Comfortable and clean and lots of room. The gifts for my dogs and family were a nice added touch.

Summary: The property is lovely, very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. Near stores, playground, field to play ball with children and an arcade for the children. The house is a half block from the beach. There’s a great burger place nearby. You can walk less than 2 blocks to an ice cream shop.

Summary: We had the best time with our friends and all our teens and our dogs. The house was clean, beautiful and beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service in terms of towels, sheets, linens-toothbrush welcome packages in bathroom and dog treats and snacks. We highly recommend this property for a family or even a few. The yard was incredible to all hang out and eat dinner together.
