7 Bedroom House in Osage Beach

Added a new private pool. Newer lakefront estate home right in the heart of Osage Beach. This beautifully furnished home is just minutes from the outlet mall, restaurants, go-carts, putt putt golf, movie theaters and more. Enjoy breath taking views while sipping coffee on one of two covered decks. This lakefront home is located in a fantastic cove perfect for tubing and water sports.
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect lakefront meal. The granite countertops, Thermadore appliances, and beautiful hardwood floors add to the comforts of the home. The family room is a perfect gathering spot with its two story stone (wood burning) fireplace and 65” flat screen high definition smart TV. A DVD player is also there for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor and it is a retreat in itself. It has a king bed, a large flat screen smartTV, gorgeous views and a separate door leading directly to the covered deck area. The spa like master bathroom has granite counter tops, a beautiful travertine stone shower and a large tub.
The lower level is set up as a fantastic recreation area complete with a ping pong table . It has a wet bar with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and granite countertops. The large sectional couch faces a 65” flat screen smart TV. Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the lower level. The lower level opens up onto a private covered deck just feet from the water. Two bedrooms on this level have a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 queen beds.
The dock has a 14 x 40 covered slip and is just steps from the home. Also included is a kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment.
An outdoor firepit is located by the lake for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. This home has everything you need for a fabulous lake vacation! Enjoy!

Summary: House was perfect for our extended family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool not right outside a patio entrance was the only downfall.

Summary: Great location, loved the cove, view and proximity to boat rentals. Home needs some TLC as it is a bit worn for such a lovely home. The beds and bath were clean overall, but definitetly noticed the other parts of the home ie. carpet was really dirty, and there were lots of bugs and dust/webs around windows/window seals. There was some damage to the front door screen door that someone duct taped to keep the door in, so again for such a nice home, should be fixed. I am sure it can be tough to keep up with busy rental season so we didn't complain, but just being honest. We loved the extra space throughout the home and that everyone had room to spread out. Bryan the caretaker was helpfull on day 1 when we thought lower level fridge didn't work. (It was due to us over filling with warm beverages, suggest to note that somewhere to avoid confusion). Overall we liked and would come back to this property.

Summary: This property checked off many of the boxes of what we needed. The house was in a great location and close to boat rental. We had plenty of room for the 13 of us ranging from 1-60. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake. Our family had a great week making memories! Compared to other properties that we’ve rented this property was a little overpriced. The attention to property details was not a not a 5 star rating. Also beach towels were not provided. When I inquired about them, they said other guest took them. We had to purchase our own which if notified earlier we could have brought ours from home. Overall this vacation was full of making new memories.

Summary: Our family of 10 had ample room in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were nice and the pool was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters and any additional spices you like. Then go and have a great time! This property is in an excellent location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved fishing off the dock or swimming in the lake as well.

Summary: This is an exceptional house and location for a great visit to Lake of the Ozarks. The view of the inlet bay was superb, especially at sunset. We were able observe many firework displays from the decks. Would highly recommend for family outings.

Summary: This is a lovely home that worked out wonderfully for our family of 12! (4 under 6). The littles were catching a ton of fish from the dock and having the time of their lives. The location was perfect to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. We rented a pontoon for tubing as well. The house is clean, comfortable and we could all gather together to play games or eat. Magnificent! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
