Venetian plastered walls, french tile, organic queen bed, 700 count sheets, in addition, living room has sofa large open kitchen, clawfoot tub and shower, this place is a great respite from the city. Entire house is stand alone and private, entirely enclosed with a garden wall and security gate. A 1/2 acre all to yourself and no view of the main house. If privacy and serenity are what you are after, this place delivers. Very accessible to freeways. This completely private 1000 sq ft 1 bedroom bungalow is situated in Beachwood Canyon, right under the Hollywood sign. Gorgeous and very private (has a gate and walled in garden/house area) this house is uber comfortable with all the amenities for easy living. Very stylized furnishings. Bathroom has a large old fashioned claw foot tub and rain shower, french tile. Bedroom is super comfy with a brand new Saatva organic bed, 700 count sheets and large closet. Kitchen is large and open to the living dining space. You have all the tools you need to make scrumptious meals. Living room has big screen smart tv with comfy couch and chairs.
