Upper Level features Den with 50" flat screen TV and primary bedroom with a private balcony. Lower level offers full Bath and 4th bedroom w/Double bed, sitting area, sleep sofa & TV. Laundry room with a washer and dryer, utility sink for your use.
A studio guest cottage on the property rents separately, and can be combined with the main house rental.
