Summary: Second time staying in this complex for a lacrosse tournament hosted in the area. The condo is clean and as advertised. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. Beach chairs were are plus!

Summary: The condo was clean and the owner communicated well. There were homeless people on the property more than once. The trash outside was horrible. There were a lot of wasps and spiders. I live in Florida but the bug problem really needs more care because this was more than a normal Florida situation. There is construction going on and a potter-potty on the property that we were not made aware of.

Summary: Super close to IMG, 25 minutes from downtown Sarasota. Nice pool area, and condo was clean. Not brand new, but nice and comfortable.

Summary: This is a great place to stay! Close and easy access to IMG, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, and not a far drive to the beach. We loved the beach chairs and towels that were provided! It is clean, comfortable, and just what we needed! Thank you!!

Summary: Very clean and nice place. Would have given it a full 5 stars, but was originally listed as three bedrooms. A mistake the property manager did rectify.

Summary: I loved the unit being so clean, easy check in and owner always available when needed, I loved the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach they were so helpful! I spent the night of Idalia’s hurricane with no issues at all, everything was great! I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a great experience. Communication was fast and easy! House was great, updated, great decor, lots of towels, extra blankets, clean and they truly thought of everything one would need to accommodate our family. We may be back soon and we would definitely stay again without hesitation.
