Our beautifully furnished second floor lake view condo is situated in a very desirable Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton FL. It is recognized for its resort style amenities like 2 outdoor heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 lighten tennis courts, 2 pickle board courts, billiard room, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, children play area and so much more.
IMG Academies, manatee county public golf course, shopping, grocery stores like Aldis, Publix and our favorite Detwiler's farmers market, Regal Oakmont movie theater, Bowlero bowling alley and restaurants like Applebee's, Outback, Lucky Frog a German local favorite, Metro Diner and many more shown in the pictures are all within walking distance or a very short drive.
Shorewalk is an ideal holiday destination with plenty attractions nearby to keep everyone entertained.
This unique and very spacious 1120 sq feet condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 people. Fall asleep in minutes on the king size bed in master bedroom that comes with a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Chefs' kitchen is fully equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to make that tasty meal. The bright and beautifully furnished living room has a sofa, love seat a very cozy lounge chair and a rather larger wall mounted flat screen smart TV.
The lanai comes with 4 chairs and a table perfect for lounging or having a meal while enjoying the view of the lake and the sound of the fountain, small but entertaining collection of novels is available for you to enjoy, and don't worry, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available if you must stay connected.

Summary: We like the location to the stores and the beach. It was our 3rd visit to the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The apartment was great...just as advertised. It was well stocked with household items....towels, dishes, etc. The community has two pools and two hot tubs that we used frequently. Also has pickle ball and tennis courts that we did not use. The only issue was when we got to the apartment it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. I messaged the owner and they were very responsive and helpful in getting it rectified as well as a small refund on the cleaning fee for the issue. Would reccommend staying there for sure!!

Summary: I love the location of the property and the condo was perfect size for what we needed, although we had some issues. The 3 lights above the sink in the bathroom were not working at all, the one toilet didnt flush correctly then we had issues with the key pad to get into the condo and had to sit outside for an hour waiting on the owner to come and let us in and he seemed a bit huffy and not amused to have to come out. He did however leave a bottle of wine for us. Also first day of arrival i cleaned the fans in the bedrooms because they were discussing.

Summary: Overall was a great stay and very close to IMG which helped with our soccer tournament. Quiet neighborhood, the clubhouse is a little more run down than in photos but a good experience. Some small minor problems but the owner communicates quickly so that was great. Could have been a little more cleaner (shower curtain dirty/marks on walls) but overall was a great stay! Thank you for letting us stay at your property the owner is very quick to respond and is very helpful

Summary: We were really disappointed with this property. The cleanliness was far from what was promised in the listing. When we turned down the beds, we found hair in the sheets, and the mattresses had noticeable urine stains. One of the beds still had sheets from the previous guest, which was extremely off-putting. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable too. The blinds were falling apart and need to be replaced, and the overall feel of the place was not clean. Don’t believe the listing description about cleanliness at all.While the host did refund the cleaning fee, I would have much preferred to stay in a clean property as described. Additionally, the thermostat is locked at a maximum of 70 degrees, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. The location is close to IMG as advertised, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this unit. It didn’t meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort.
