Positive: The home was roomy and nicely laid out.

Negative: Within our first 48 hours we had no air conditioning, no heat in the pool which we had prepaid, a grill fire due to a long build up of grease and the pool filter wasn’t functioning - the water was cloudy for the last 5 days of our stay and there was no reception for the TV in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, we thought that written instructions and/or manuals would have been helpful for the convection oven (which none of us have previously operated), cable (Netflix was supposed to be included but needed log-in info), pool floats which were included were found only days later by a curious guest checking the basement -we were looking for them and didn’t know they were there. Local property management responded to my requests only after I asked for a manager’s involvement.

Summary: Nice house but the upkeep left much to be desired.
