Positive: Clean. Parking was convenient. They honored our request for the ground floor. Starter pack was adequate. Proximity to Flagler Ave was convenient.
Negative: Expected a beach front property would have a view of ocean, and it did not. Very disappointing. Pool was only 3-4 feet deep. No washer/dryer in the unit, and never could find laundry facilities on the property. Others staying at the property were very noisy.
Summary: Would stay here again except no view and no washer/dryer in the unit

Positive: Each unit on the second floor had their own individual staircase leading up to the door and balcony. The view from our room was wonderful as you could see the ocean. It was so nice to have a full kitchen in the unit. The unit was clean and I appreciated the supplies, such as the toiletries, dishwasher pods, dish soap, etc. that was provided until we could get to a store. This location was quiet, relaxed, and peaceful.
Negative: The check-in and check-out procedures were different, not in a good way, than anywhere I’ve stayed before. You have 1 hour in the evening to check-in (4-5 pm) and 1 hour in the morning to check-out (9-10 am) if you wish to do so in person. If you can’t make the check-in or check-out window you have to call this number and deal with a Dropbox. Kind of inconvenient for customers. There is no direct beach access from the condos. You had to walk out to the parking area the down a public staircase to access the beach. When booking the address given was actually the office where you check-in and the actual condos were down the road about 10 blocks. A little misleading as I thought we were staying a 2 minute walk from a couple of restaurants, which ended up not being the case. The pool was small with a max depth of 4 feet. Refrigerator was a little loud.
Summary: The stay here was fun, relaxing, and the view was beautiful!
