Positive: The location was great and the view was spectacular. Everything we needed was close. We could eat out or make a quick run to the grocery store and eat in. We could choose to go to the beach or lounge by the pool.
Summary: We will definitely book this place again when we return to South Padre.

Positive: We really enjoyed the property's close proximity to the beach, which was a major highlight of our stay. The condo itself was very clean and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the stairs were a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying suitcases and coolers, and unfortunately, my mom fell and sprained her ankle. Additionally, we were surprised to find there were no washcloths provided in the condo. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant experience overall.
Negative: Lack of wash clothes and the stairs. The hand soap was also empty so we just used the dish soap provided in the kitchen.
Summary: Great location near the beach and we enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the condo

Positive: We loved how close to the beach this property is, can see it from the balcony (gorgeous view of the sunrise!). The unit is clean and modern, plenty of room for a family. The pool was well kept as well. The security guards manning the front gate were so friendly and easy to deal with.
Negative: The only issue we had during the stay was with the key pad lock on the front door. It seemed to be having technical issues. Owner was quick to respond to give us the code for the lock box on the back door. Maintenance came to check/replace the batteries, unfortunately it still worked on and off. But we were grateful for how available the owner was to respond to any questions sent.
Summary: We loved the modern unit steps away from the beach
