Summary: WOW! If you want to be left speechless and breathless, this is the place for you. The house and property is immaculate. Very well stocked and beautiful. The host is amazing and always communicative, and responsive. The beach is to die for. Location is perfect for anything and everything. My only complaint is that I didn't book it for two weeks. Thanks Paul for everything. PS: I live where we have coyotes and they are loud. The dock seals sound like Pugs at 5 am. 10/10 would be back again

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our family get away in this gorgeous house. This house was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything we needed was available and the house was very comfortable. The deck provided lovely views and a great place to socialize. There was a large lawn to play games and the long dock out to the water was a great space for early morning yoga or a launch for the kayaks we brought. The open concept kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped. We were a large group, but never felt crowded as there was a lot of space for lounging inside and out. A few of us went for swims and were visited by 2 of the local seals ....from a safe distance. We were a 7 minute drive from Montague for all the groceries and shops. Some of the attractons within a 25 to 45 minute drive included Greenwich national park for a beuatiful boardwalk hike, the magical Firework restaurant experience in Bay of Fortune with chef Michael Smith ( be sure to book ahead), and my personal favourite the Singing sands beach at Basinhead. Every day ended back at our lovely sanctuary on Roma point where occasionally our neighbor seals would be waiting for us on the dock. This house is highly recommended and we would love to return!

Summary: Paul's house is in an amazing location very close to Montague and Charlottetown. The house is even closer to the water than it appeared in the photos and the deck is expansive and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all new and the bathrooms meticulous. We bought clams from a clammer on Paul's beach the first night we were there and got a visit by a local seal who sun bathed at the end of the dock! All in all a great vacation and a great spot.
