Negative: It was a little hard to find, and the phone number was very hard to find,,, but it was well worth it once we got there!!
Summary: Would definitely stay again and plan to do more around the facilities!

Positive: Great Location. Room location was ground level looking at the pool which was great for the kids. View was awesome. The deck area was great for lounging. Lots of golf practice areas. Walkable grounds.
Negative: Looked like a beautiful grounds to walk but mosquitos were unbearable. No coffee or water in the lobby during the hottest weekend of summer. The staff was very nice but clearly management or perhaps corporate have set an uninviting tone. If we wanted to borrow cutlery or anything of that sort in our room it was like pulling teeth to get it. I asked for extra plastic bags for diapers and there was reluctance and I could only get 2 bags. Basically any normal request that doesn’t have a price tag was meet with reluctance. Seemed like staff wanted to accommodate, but have been scolded in the past. I expect resorts to be expensive, but I also expect the above to be included. There are lots of affordable, environmentally friendly options to spray and reduce mosquitos. I would Expect a resort that charges $500/night to do so.
Summary: Beautiful area with friendly staff, but someone is setting a poor tone for accommodating guests.

Positive: All the amenities, even though I didn’t use them it has alot of stuff to do.
Negative: The room layout was little cramped, when you sat at the chair it blocked the walkway to the bathroom or leave the room. It was older hotel. The bathroom lighting could be improved little dark.

Positive: Beautiful view, so much space for kids and dogs and very quiet. Loved the pools and restaurants on site. Cottage was spacious with great view. Perfect for family with little ones.
