Summary: Overall, the property was comfortable, homey, and clean.. Location to Moffitt Cancer Clinic, Magnolia, was EXCELLENT (the reason we were at this property). Price was reasonable. Kitchen utensils were VERRRRY limited but other kitchen supplies were plentiful.

Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. When we first got there the Tv and internet were not working, the outgoing manager didn't seem to care, but the incoming one did all she could to help us, then sent the info to her boss, who then resolved the issue within the hour. If many people are staying, you may want to bring your own towels as there were only 2 available. Beds were really uncomfortable, but that is all preferance.

Summary: Condo is very nice and clean. Area around is everything you need. Pool area is great. Only problem was checkout. Instructions were leave key at office. We checked out on Sunday and office is closed. We were also facing the virus problems, so was hard to communicate with anyone. Didn’t know what to do with key. Left many messages but no reply. Finally knew we had to lock the door so left one key in unit and I am mailing other key back. Other than than had a nice month in the unit

Summary: Townhome was spacious and beautifully decorated, but stocked with the bare necessities (lightly stocked kitchen, towels, thin linens, no toiletries). Appeared as though it had been quickly renovated in preparation for rental. Very close to shopping for supplies, and convenient to Busch Gardens and USF. Staff was very friendly and checked on us to make sure everything was up to par and ask if we needed anything. Agree with previous review that the living room TV is quite small, and no TV's in bedrooms. We didn't take advantage of the pool or fitness center, but noted the complex itself and the townhome were quiet. We would stay again if we return to the area.
