Summary: I don't think you can get much closer to the Mayo Clinic unless you stay at the onsite hotel. The primary bed was comfortable and there's plenty of towels. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The location is great and real close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Summary: Needed a weeklong rental for testing, surgery and a few days of recovery, as i live out of town. My daughter stayed with me. This home gave us each living space, and a full kitchen. It was Ideal for this; a quick 10 minute walk to the hospital! Very quiet, small neighborhood, although there was road noise during commutes. Master kingsize bed was softer, my preference. One queen bed was very hard. There was no cable TV other than Roku channels, just personal streaming.

Summary: This is a beautiful house with enough room for everyone. We are three adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Perfect location if you have business with the Mayo Clinic. Hosts were easy to contact and always responded quickly.
