Hello!
We are Sean and Lexi and we look forward to hosting you on your next stay in town! This home is the guest house, Unit B, of our historic 1918 Craftsman w/ ADU.
- Key-less entry means you can check in as late as you like, just use the door code.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV to stream your favorite show or movie (BYOP). WIFI provided.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay feel like home:
- All necessary plates, cups, pots, and pans.
- Coffee Maker (Keurig & French press)

BATHROOM
You will be provided with:

Awake refreshed and ready for another day of exploration with a queen sized Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattress.
Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with:

BACKYARD
The guesthouse is equipped with its own deck, bistro table, and chairs for you to sit and enjoy the incredible California climate while sipping a cup of joe or your complimentary bottle of wine :)
Please note the rest of the backyard is shared with the main house and you main run into another traveler during your stay.

Vallejo is centrally located about 20 miles from Napa and Sonoma wine country and about 30 miles to downtown San Francisco. The Sierras Nevada mountains are a few hours by car.
Staying with us on a Saturday?? Be sure to head down and take in all the sights, smells, and sounds of our local FARMERS MARKET every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
Head down and enjoy the sunset, water view, and a beverage on the roof of the Mare Island brewery tap room.
without a car?? still want to visit SF?? No Problem! The SF Ferry terminal is a short walk away and can take you straight to downtown SF or the SF Giants baseball stadium.
Into artisan foods, cheeses, crackers, olive oils, chocolates, and more? Visit Anchor Pantry downtown on Maine Street to satisfy the cravings!

Summary: Sean and Lexi thought of every detail to make our stay one of our most enjoyable getaways! From the well stocked kitchen (with enough coffee to cover our stay), to the convenience of all the comforts you would find in your own home (AC, Washer/Dryer, Smart TV, ceiling fans, fresh towels and sheets, etc.), everything was thoughtfully planned and placed to optimize our experience. The whole unit was very clean, which is a high priority for us. We loved the modern decor and ambiance…you can tell a lot of care was put into this space. Sean and Lexi were kind enough to let us store our bikes in the backyard as well, which we used during our day trip to Napa and to the Vallejo farmers market. Can’t rate this place any higher…would definitely come back. Thanks Sean and Lexi!
