Positive: The house was spotless, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for two families to enjoy quality time together with ease. The beds were super comfortable. The four kids, 6-10 yrs old, were obsessed with the game room and spent HOURS in it each day. We got easy-to-follow instructions for the hot tub and sauna, which were also spotless and pristine. There were little thoughtful details everywhere - laundry baskets in the closets, a cute blue Keurig machine with plenty of coffee pods, tvs in every room, quality shower products in the bathroom, etc. Location was perfect - a quick drive to all that Mystic has to offer. Finally, communication with the hosts was fantastic. They have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a wonderful rental experience.
Negative: Nothing, everything was great.

Negative: We a slight problem with plumbing,but the owners were prompt. They had it fixed quickly and the cleaners came in. We can’t complain about it.
