Summary: This home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great and they even came to clean it while we were there. We were staying for a swim meet. It was a short drive to the North Shore Aquatics Center. It was also a short drive to the beaches. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Check in and check out were super easy. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again next time we come down as a family.

Summary: Recently had a 3 week stay… the house is great for a large crowd. Great location with a nice park several hundred feet away. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The pool was the highlight. Host and property manager very respective to our needs. Great home base for visiting at pete. Joni

Summary: We rented this charming 1925 farmhouse, while our home in St. Petersburg was being renovated. We could not have been happier with the home, which was cozy, yet spacious. The house has modern amenities, including central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, large screen televisions, and a brand new swimming pool. The Internet was lightning fast, and the Amazon fire TV left plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Our son loved the foosball table, located in the Florida room. We had only planned to stay for a week, but ended up staying for 17 days. This truly felt like a home away from home, and the owners could not have been more helpful (they even offered to drop off additional supplies when they found out we would be extending our stay). We strongly recommend this home, and its location can’t be beat, directly in between St. Petersburg in Tampa, near Weedon Island, where we hiked almost daily. This home is the perfect fit for a family, whether just visiting Saint Petersburg for a week, or planning to stay for a while.

Summary: The house was located in a great part of St. Pete with easy access to downtown, shopping and Tampa. The house was comfortable and my husband really enjoyed the memory foam mattress in the Master bedroom. The pool had just been finished and beside a New Year’s Day Polar bear plunge, we did not use it but, I imagine after all the landscaping is finished this will be an oasis for the summer. Julie, the host, was extremely helpful and prompt in her responses. In fact, I have never had such a responsive host in all the years I have used VRBO. Literally within minutes of a question, Julie had provided an answer. I know her guests’ enjoyment and comfort were truly important to her. Overall, a great location and a wonderful pool.
