The beautiful location right on a small lake in the middle of wild nature invites you to relax and watch animals. Nevertheless, you are quickly in the city for shopping or shopping. In 5 minutes you can find the Boca Grande peninsula, known for its shell beaches. There are 5 golf courses nearby and we can arrange very cheap boat rentals to explore the many peninsulas and the sea. The house was moved into on January 1st, 2015. All furniture, dishes, machines, bath towels, bed linen, mattresses etc. are new
It's a quiet, upscale area with virtually zero crime. Ideal for relaxing family vacations, golf vacations, sailing trips, or as a starting point for round trips through Florida. (Orlando 2 hours, Miami 3 hours, Tampa 1 hour)
Turtles, rabbits, squirrels, armadillos, raccoons, bald eagles and many water birds were spotted around the house. An alligator lives in the lake, which you can sometimes see swimming past.

Summary: House was awesome, very clean, great location, and well stocked for cooking. Pool and hot tub were clean and nicely heated. Owners were wonderful to work with and very prompt in answering emails. Would not hesitate to rent again and already did for next year!!

Summary: We arrived and had no code to get in. Every time I tried to “ message the host” on VRBO I got an error message saying I did not have access to the reservation! Fortunately the house next door was owner by our host too so those kind folks gave us the phone numbers they had. The dear lady who cleans the house called the host IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN SWITZERLAND and the sleepy host called us with the code. It was after 9 pm when we finally got in!!!

Summary: We stayed for only 3 nights and wish it could have been longer. The pool and hot tub were well heated and very clean. The house was very clean as well. The pond was so peaceful and the neighborhood very quiet and welcoming. We will for sure keep this one in mind for future stays

Summary: This property is absolutely great, exactly as the pictures. Really nice decoration, super clean, quier neighborhood and the most important thing...comunicacion with the host was quick. Maggie and her husband are really nice and care about you. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you want to relax. Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks at this beautiful villa and we wished we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed and was a home from home. The outside area was very comfortable and we enjoyed the evenings sat under the fans. The villa is in a great location as only a short drive from the supermarket and restaurants are close by. We visited lots of beautiful beaches and the state parks. It’s a modern and very clean villa with a beachy vibe. It’s the best villa we have stayed in with this being our fifth visit. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Best VRBO ever! The lake was so relaxing and the home had everything we needed. Publix and many restaurants all within 5-10 minutes. We stayed in the pool each night and watched the bats and stars come out. The pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. Wouldn’t have changed a thing! The area is also central to many other major cities. We may come back! Thank you Maggie!
