A charming three-bedroom, one-bathroom West Island cottage with partial water views and a large yard. Feel the cabin like vibe of this open concept cottage as you enter the large living room with its wood beams and Cathedral ceilings. There is ample comfortable seating for seven, a large coffee table for board games and puzzles, Hi Speed Internet, a 55" brand new flat screen Smart TV with cable, and access available to Apple TV and all its featured apps.
The three bedrooms are light and airy and comfortably sleep six people with double beds and closets in each bedroom.
The bathroom features a stand-up shower with adjustable shower head. The kitchen has a stainless-steel full-size stove and refrigerator with automated ice maker. There is seating for three at the kitchen counter and a pull-out dining table that seats an additional four people.
The large yard has lots of space for active games, quiet spaces for relaxing, an outdoor firepit, an extra -large dining space and partially fenced in area.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed the cottage during our stay. Nice and clean, great outdoor space, beach chairs & cart so no need to haul in your own, plenty of towels, very quiet street. Shannon was great about reaching out before the visit to go over particulars and to see if we had any questions.

Summary: This was our second year renting this gem of a cottage and it certainly did not disappoint! Plenty of room inside and out for our family to spread out and the proximity to water access for our paddle board and kayak launches was again a plus. Plenty of beach amenities in the shed help to prevent packing so many bulky extras. (Even beach towels are included) We had a wonderful week, not only at the beach but also at the cottage enjoying s’mores at the fire pit and playing board games on the spacious patio. We’d love to return for a future stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone else wishing to enjoy the same!

Summary: We had a group of 5, me my wife, 2 sons and older son’s girlfriend and our dog. The island is quiet and fun to explore on bike or walking around. The small beach within walking distance was fun to bring the dog to while the town beach is a short drive away. The house was clean and the yard had more than enough space to play frisbee with our dog. It’s close enough to drive to various attractions if you want. Like others have mentioned there’s not much happening on the island itself but that is a good thing. All in all a great time and would recommend.

Summary: Our family had a great stay on West Island & this home was perfect for our family of four. We loved walking (or a short drive) to the different beaches the island offers. The area is so quiet and if you love to bird-watch, it's a great spot. The yard is perfect for lounging and eating - it has a large picnic table, high chairs with an ocean view in the shade, and a paved patio for the sun. One thing to note is a wall shared between 2 of the bedrooms doesn't fully extend to the ceiling so sound can travel. This was fine for our family but may not work for others. The home was very clean & had everything we needed - comfortable beds, towels, beach chairs, tv and board games. Also, the a/c & ceiling fans did a great job of cooling the home when needed.

Summary: My family loved our stay in this cottage so much we plan to return next year! The open floor plan and large fenced in yard had plenty of room inside and out for our family. The grill, fire pit, patio and picnic table area were much appreciated amenities. Also, the shed contained plenty of equipment for the beach and recreational activities as well. We rode the provided bikes to the beach daily, and because of such close proximity to a boat launch we were able to walk our kayaks and paddle board over to enter the water. Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us!
